My Story
8Corinna.jpeg

My journey began in early childhood, starting at the age of five, when I was repeatedly raped by my grandfather. These traumatic events had a profound impact, leaving me with deep anxiety, a constant sense of unsafety, and a diminished sense of self-worth. Additionally, I experienced emotional neglect, gaslighting, and aloneness, which further contributed to a heightened sense of instability and disconnection from myself.

As a naturally talented athlete, I went to a boarding school for aspiring tennis players at the age of nine. Already struggling to cope with some of the dynamics of my early years, my childhood came to an abrupt end as I found myself having to manage daily life independently. At such a young age, I balanced the responsibility of ensuring my safety, excelling academically, and meeting the demands of my athletic career.

I committed myself fully to tennis, as it provided me with a sense of identity, purpose, and confidence in the wake of a difficult childhood. However, what I’d considered my dream was shattered when my tennis coach, later on head coach of the Swiss Tennis, sexually abused me over the course of six months at the age of fifteen. This left me feeling broken, lost, and empty, with little motivation to move forward. I spiraled into severe eating disorders, self-harm, weight gain, depression, shame, intense anxiety, and self-hate. The weight of everything forced me to abandon my athletic career, finding myself at rock bottom with no clear way out.

At the height of my rock bottom, I couldn’t let a moment pass without binge eating and then purging, up to 13 times a day. I would cut myself, lie to cover up addictions, waking up crying wishing I wouldn’t wake up anymore, dissociate watching meaningless Tv shows, experience painful penetrative sex with no ability to orgasm, abandon relationships, and talk to myself negatively all day.

After several years, I sought therapy, only to be told to simply "move on." But I was a shell of a person, in deep pain every day, and nothing seemed to help. It wasn’t until I began learning about trauma, its far-reaching impacts, and the true path to healing, that I started to understand how to move forward.

I started traveling internationally to study under and learn from speakers, doctors, shamans, cultivating a holistic approach to healing, integrating eastern and western philosophies. I lived in an intentional community in Costa Rica and the USA and I dedicated myself to profound personal transformation. Over time, I gained greater awareness, integration, and inner peace, ultimately overcoming addictions, self-harm, and deeply ingrained negative beliefs.

Today, I live from a place of inner peace, joy, clarity, authenticity, and excitement for each new day. My life is now filled with meaningful relationships, direction, and purpose. I am deeply grateful for the life I lead, even though I wouldn’t wish the pain of my past on anyone. Though the challenges I’ve faced have shaped me in ways I now profoundly appreciate. Without them, I wouldn’t possess the perspective I carry today, nor the strong, expansive foundation that now supports the work I do with my clients.

I am committed to helping you heal from the root of your trauma, freeing you from the unhealthy patterns it has created. I am here to guide you through the depths of your emotions and pain body. Reconnecting with your authentic self, building healthy habits, strengthening your sense of self, and embracing your core desires, emotions, and sense of purpose and stability.
